Our studio has a dedicated cycling room where you’ll find 25 state of the art stationary bicycles. Our cycling classes incorporate seated spinning, standing spinning, and upper body movements that are all synchronized with the rhythm of high-energy music. Our instructors spend hours each week preparing a routine and music playlist for our classes, keeping every class new and exciting!
We offer a beginner’s class each month for students who are brand new to cycling. But feel free to join any of our classes whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or expert cyclist. Because you set your own resistance, speed, and can sit down whenever you need a breather, each class is the exact intensity you need to push yourself.

Our Pure Cycling 90 class is perfect for intermediate and advanced cyclists who want to push their bodies and maximize their calorie burn. This class is half an hour longer and twice as challenging as our regular cycling classes.
